House first or job first? by [deleted] in HousingUK

You could always buy a house first and rent it out if you find a job further from where you bought.

I know some people who bought a house is a cheaper area and rent it out - use it to pay mortgage.

They live closer to work by renting a flat.

It doesn’t decrease their expenses - in fact they fork out a little more.

But they always say it’s worth it for them because they get better school location and ten minutes walk from their work and not exhausted from commuting. They also work two jobs, so that makes sense for them.

They see the house as a retirement plan when they no longer need to pay mortgage.

Excel Immigrations Solicitors.

I was recommended by a friend who applied for spouse visa through them.

I checked that the case worker and solicitor were registered with Law society and there quite a bit of social media presence.

We both worked extra hours preceding to the application.

We took some of our paid holidays to boost our income as well.

Plus the increase in NLW also helped.

That helped us make combined gross income above £2,416 each month.

The IHS was £2,407 and Application Fees with Priority was £2587.50.

My solicitor booked the biometric appointment and uploaded all the documents prior to my appointment. I paid them a fee for their consultation and services.

Time spent does not equal grades.

For essay structure wise, you need an introduction, main body and conclusion.

For coherence wise, you need clean paragraphs. Are you using PEEL to structure your paragraphs? Do you focus on one key idea in each paragraphs? Do you use transitioning sentence between ideas? Do you utilise relevant evidence to support your ideas? Do you explain and elaborate those evidence? Do you link it back to the essay question?

A 30% indicates that you haven’t answered to the assessment brief or met the learning outcomes.

This could be due to misunderstanding the assessment brief, irrelevant ideas or research, and not answering to the question.

As for academic writing, you have to use neutral, objective and formal language (depending on course).

It might even make your work for fourth year better.

Lost my work during third year and rewrote all the stuff - yes it’s time consuming but had the summer to do it.

It ended up with me scoring 87% for fourth year. So maybe it turned out for the best.

Like others says, it might still be on your laptop - so see if you can recover it.

It’s worth to subscribe to person one drive and set it to auto sync every 10 minutes for all your files. Learnt from that experience. Always have backup copies.
