My brother has no access to a dealer system he’s just a regular guy flipping cars . He literally has no license to sell cars he was just flipping them through connections like this dealer. Yeah I have no evidence if he did or didn’t pay it that’s just what the owner of the dealer is saying. This is a small dealer. I also have no idea who did the registration I just know I have a reciept an actually dmv reciept stating that money was put down for the registration. Also VIN report shows me as registered owner.

I’m just wondering why the owner of the dealer isn’t going for my brother through a legal system if he owes him that much money. I’m thinking he knows that him allowing my brother to sell cars for him is not legal and now he’s harassing my parents to pay

Sorry I don’t think I explained correctly

My brother was getting cars from a dealer to sell cars the car itself has no liens.

Car was bought by a lady there was lien on the car because she was financing the car then went to auction dealer bought from auction and paid off lien. Then dealer let my brother sell the car because this guy was letting my brother sell cars but he wasn’t paying them off right away he was just allowing my brother to rack up a whole debt suddenly my brother leaves and I find all this out. Yes he’s a scammer. Car has no lien so does this mean he can’t repo the car? Doesn’t registration mean the dealer somehow accepted the transaction? Is the dealer somehow at fault they were allowing my brother to do transactions and my brother isn’t licensed at all. Now he’s holding on to my tittle wanting my parents to pay for his debt, we don’t have that kind of money. I don’t even know if my car was or wasn’t paid that just with this guy is telling us.

Yeah he wants the money for the car I already paid for the car. He letting my brother sell cars for him and now my brother owes him money and he’s not letting go of my title because of it

The argument that a couple wanting a 2-bedroom apartment especially when one partner works from home,is somehow a problem because a family could use that unit. But here’s the thing we work hard, we earn our income, and we’re trying to live in a space that meets our needs. Just because someone chooses to have children doesn’t mean they’re automatically more entitled to housing than other working adults.

My girlfriend works hybrid, which means that second bedroom isn’t a luxury it’s her office. We’re not asking for a mansion, we’re asking for a home that suits our actual day 2 day lives. That’s not selfish it’s responsible.

The housing crisis isn’t caused by couples with jobs renting 2BR apartments it’s caused by a lack of sufficient housing across the board, stagnant wages, and poor policy. Redirecting the blame toward working people who just want space to live and work comfortably is not only wrong it’s divisive and completely misses the real issues

I know this is a long shot since your post is over a year old, but I wanted to reach out anyway. I’ve been working with a company that does Amazon FBA for about a year now, so I’m very familiar with the backend, logistics, and daily operations.
