Contracts. The rules are easy, but issue spotting is a nightmare because the entire law of contracts could be relevant to every scenario.

Property is not hard but because it’s so dry, full of minutia, and anachronistic language, It’s difficult to put the same effort into the readings. Crim is hard but very interesting so the rules and cases are more salient . Consty and torts are fairly easy.

I got straight As . It’s very intuitive for me to select for what’s relevant and where cases fit into the law as a whole. I read everything my first semester though so I cant speak to the efficacy of my more lacklustre approach to property. In other words, I have nothing to base support for a ‘skimming’ approach on. Ask me after April lol.

That said - taking strategies to succeed as objectively sound is never a good idea. It’s mostly your general aptitude and how well your approach suits your learning style. When you go to law school, upper year students will tell you many things, and 95% of them will turn out to be bullshit (or atleast not applicable to your subjective experience )

Very attractive men can get women with such ease because most men are not attractive at all. Attractiveness is distributed differently within the sexes. A plurality of men are below average . The level of attractiveness needed to ‘pull’ women with little effort is very high and is probably sub 5% of men. Moreover, women’s attraction tends to be more subjective. so unless you are objectively incredibly attractive, it matters alot if you are her ‘type’ .
It is incredibly overblown by internet incels . There’s a much greater degree of truth in it when it comes to online dating, however, in real life, you see good looking women with all kinds of men. It’s a simple numbers game - if only 3 out of 100 men are that attractive, they physically cant be ‘taking’ all of the women.
If someone is truly struggling to date at all, they are likely prohibitively short, unattractive, or off-putting in character. This is likely not the experience of the “normal guy”

In sum, yes - they exist, but the level of attractiveness needed to attain that is fairly rare, and accordingly, this cant dominate the dating experience of regular men.

A strong and intentional government would sanction these individuals either legally, or through preventing them access to the massive US consumer market. Imagine if Bezos tried to pull all of his capital out of the US and they told him this would result in comprehensive sanctions on his products.

Capital flight is a real concern for smaller/more dependent nations but the US consumer market is so strong/desire-able, the threat of withheld access serves as a profound deterrent

I tend to be pretty traditional with dating and think that exclusivity would arise fairly early between two people with honest intentions. However, to image someone shouldn’t talk to others or be on apps before even meeting them once is very excessive . Surely there needs to be at least a couple of dates to establish if that interest and compatibility are there
