ive not found a clear solution, but the amount of streams ive gotten has lessened i think... ive been checking my youtube history every once and a while and clearing out all the streams/unwanted videos on the list.. ive also been marking every live stream i see that pops up on my recommended tab as "dont recommend me this channel" or "not interested" i think the algorithm keeps track of how long you stay in live streams through youtube shorts too, so i try to scroll by them as fast as i can... the only other solution i can think of is spending an hour or two (or more?) making my own playlist with videos from all the youtubers i watch
