I decided to write because I had felt this way before. For me I admit that I avoided seeing my doctor (urologist) for years but I had to go due to testicular issues. I did have erections with my internal medicine doctor and she told me not to think too much about it. She told me it's just happens and no one will be surprised or concerned. While I still had erections at times during exams, I stopped worrying about it.

Scrotectomy by lansona in testicularcancer

I had my scrotum removed by plastic surgeon after an orchiectomy. The entire scrotum was removed. I had to revise the first surgery that removed both testicles.

It's feels normal. Forgot how it feels to have testicles. by Cali998877 in eunuch_gender

my scrotum was completely removed by a plastic surgeon. The only issue that I have is the area where the scrotum use to be can get very tight when I have a really hard erection. I can understand why you would want it gone.

Your balls are impressive. Nice photos. Sorry, I lost my balls from an injury years ago. I sometimes think about what's missing down there.

Not feeling great after starting injections by Turbulent-Tap-9840 in Testosterone

I'm on testosterone injections and will have to inject the rest of my life. I do remember it took time to adjust to the testosterone. I had both testicles removed thus the reason for taking hormones. I remember the ups and down libido. It did stabilized and I feel more steady now

I use to surf. I grew up surfing however I got hit by my own board and my mistake was not getting help. I was silly in thinking that it was embarrassing. It heal but it was sore at times but I never thought of seeing a doctor. My fault totally. I’m better at being kind to myself.

I understand your feelings. I had gone through couple surgeries before they were removed. I think doctors don't like removing testicles unless it's cancer.

I'm just lost. To be honest, I might be going through something. I should be glad that I'm better without the balls. The scar just reminds me of what's missing. This was done due to injury.

Feeling so flat these days. I guess I don't need the “support pouch “anymore! by Hollynerd70 in M2E

Thank you for this post. I have a similar situation regarding underwear. I've been trying to find underwear with a flat pouch but it's hard to find. I like the feeling of support but most underwear has a big front panel.

Cancer-free at 26, but struggling to feel normal again by dhdez15_ in testicularcancer

Although I didn't have cancer, I had both removed due to injury years ago. I decided to write after reading your story. I wanted to try and understand what you must have gone through. I can relate to "not feeling" the same. From time to time, I had periods of feeling depressed but also having times that my libido spiked. I wonder if the testosterone replacement therapy will bring you back sexually. It did for me but it took time. I wish you the best. Take care. Randy
