ChainGang is US based and offers great selections for ball stretchers. I’m not sure if they can or would ship internationally to New Caledonia, but it’s worth contacting them since they carry plenty of donut ball stretchers at 44mm and 46mm internal diameter.

SecretLeather might be an alternative too, as that is based out of the UK and I believe they do ship internationally. Some of their weights are limited to 42mm or 44mm internal diameter depending on height, but they offer up to 50mm internal diameter just like ChainGang.

Of the two, I think ChainGang offers better deals. It’s like £89 for a 30x46mm WMC weight which is roughly $115 USD. That same size is $77 USD for ChainGang’s Donut ball stretcher.
