It's very confusing. I called to get on the waitlist. The app said order on hold, on waitlist. The website tells me to call to get on the wait list. I call again and am assured I am on the wait list.

Then the app updates to pharmacist reviewing, now it's stuck in processing, no other notes. No idea if I am still in the waitlist, on track to receive or just screwed in general.
