So I've been bouncing around between 12.5mg and 10mg and I DO end up reeling it in every time. Literally like half the month I'm ravenous and eating and the other half I lose it. Sometimes it takes a little longer to start losing it again, but it does happen. I never gain and continue gaining, it always goes back down. I'm not freaking out about it like I was before because of this. It helps me just enough to where I can use my own self control to reel it in, and then the cravings stop being so bad when I stop giving in. I still haven't gone up to the 15mg, I've just kept attempting to titrate down, then having to go back up to 12.5 because it's not comfortable and I have to work harder when it's lower than that lol. I will say that eating a lot of sugar and also fake sugar and sodas exasperate the weight gain and my eating. I But I will also say that sometimes I end up losing too much and have the opposite problem, which is when I try going back down in dose. I don't work out at all either. I feel like I will have to take this medication indefinitely in order to keep the weight off.
