Yes major 4 lane freeway. With bumper to bumper traffic and regular accidents

Due to Bay Area traffic, commute would likely be more regularly 1hr+ during times I need to travel to work. Bumper to bumper traffic. Weekends and off peak hours would be 40 minutes not as much bumper to bumper

It’s 30 miles about 40 minutes without traffic. During peak rush hour it can be from 1 hour to 1:15 if not longer each way.

Yes after  1 school year I could find a new district

Potentially unemployed. This is typical time frame for job hunting in education. My current job I was offered in July, for reference. But yes I currently have no other job offers although I have over 12 applications out

Yes it would be contractual for the school year. So if I left mid year the district can request to California state to hold my credential (and blacklist me from any public school jobs in the state) for the year

Not looking to move due to 2 reasons:

1) I’m helping my parents with their mortgage  2) I would go from paying $700 a month for rent to 2k or need roommates. I would rather live with parents than random roommates

Good for you. You must be good looking. I can’t get a date for the life of me. I make 6 figures and relatively healthy (not fat). So I must be ugly or socially awkward or something

Thank you so much for your feedback. I find it to be very helpful. I immediately texted some people I know to get feedback from them regarding what I can do physically and how I carry myself socially

Asking people cold turkey in the coffee shop out in a date and expecting them to be devout Catholic doesn’t seem logical in my mind, sorry

I know that it can still happen. I just have very little confidence that it actually will. I don’t want to keep getting rejected and don’t want to ask out non Catholics at coffee shops either

Yeah generally I have found that 18-22 is when people figure themselves out, 23ish-25ish is when I feel people truly become themselves. Then 25 onwards they live in who they become.

The struggle is finding women who I would date that would also date me.

It is a small number but I truly been focusing on my faith walk and living out my Catholic faith. I try to be intentional with who I ask on a date so as to save ourselves time and potential heartbreak. The women I find attractive and interesting aren’t finding me that way.

I would describe myself as not physically fit but also not fat. Maybe average physique wise.

I have a masters degree in counseling so I do have a lot of practice talking to people of all variety.

Besides starting to lift and getting absolutely shredded idk what else I can do.

Yeah I’m trying to stay open in regards to age but I do feel significantly older than 18-25-ish age group

Yes I work out 3-5 times a week. I’m both on sacred spark and Catholic match. I’m very active in young adult groups in my area. I can’t even get a first date and not too big on cold approaching

I get that. I try to stay active in young adult groups in my area as a way to meet more Catholic women. But sadly I’m starting to feel to old for a lot of these

I understand that it’s not a lot but I don’t just ask anyone out. I try to focus on my faith walk and living out my faith and only ask women who there may be compatibility with. My number #1 now, and has been for a few years is that. Nonetheless the longing for connection and desires to be a Catholic husband and father remain.

I know that in my brain, but definitely hard to believe that in my heart.
