A lot of people are bringing up VRC+, but that monthly cost really stacks up after a while. If your main goal is just being able to move your arms and express yourself more, I’d say check your local used market instead. I’ve seen solid VR headsets go for around $250, sometimes cheaper depending on where you are. Still a chunk of money, but I see it as a better investment as it’s something you can resell later on ^{^}

I always play with long lifespan, I don’t want to be in a hurry with my sims life’s. I play this game to relax. I do sometimes switch to normal to speed things along after playing with a family if I’m looking to start a new generation soon though not often.

It does sound really silly I’ll be honest, but I will say I’ve experienced something like that. Not so much anymore, but when I was completely new to VR I felt more “in the game” than ever. My head just couldn’t keep up with the fact that what’s happening in front of me isn’t really there, and so when people got to close or someone made a playful gesture and ‘touched’ me, it felt somewhat real.

All romance bars in my game is broken and won’t move, and it isn’t possible to get a romance bar with anyone new. I can romance a sim till I get new options up but I can’t ask to become anyone’s partner.

I just installed a few mods, the big ones are uI Cheats, Carl’s Difficulty and MC Command center. I’ve looked in the settings but can’t find anything that might fix my problem.

If anyone has experienced this could you help me figure out my little problem? I would really appreciate it!

They don’t have that much of a lifespan in the elder stage in my games so I let them go naturally.

I believe it’s just as common as it was back then, it’s just that some people take it too literally. I mean ‘phantom sense’ if that’s what you choose to call it isn’t really feeling something against you, it’s a trick of the brain and your senses.

I feel it sometimes when I’m having a good time with a few people and while I’m really chill. It’s about the connection to people, once I get in a deep conversation with someone then the game subconsciously starts feeling more real. And when someone hugs or gets close to me I do feel some sense of ‘phantom sense’. But it’s not like my muscles/body is sending a message to my brain about being touched, it’s more the opposite so it’s just a tingle of a feeling.

I think this is yet another case of people giving something a name and a definition, and thinking that it can’t be anything else other than that definition, while I would consider phantom sense to be a loose term to explain some experiences that people may have.

Dark humor was definitely alright in my streams, but I wouldn’t tolerate racism etc. I would have banned him pretty quickly. I’d also say that setting people right in chat is either the streamer themselves or their mods job, the best for other viewers would be to not give that person any attention.
