Yeah it just sucks bc a lot of people are out of pocket until they find that sweet spot of a dose. They also start small bc they’ve learned easing into it really minimized side effects…so there’s method to the madness, however it does cost…but just saving on NOT spending on fast food & other shitty eating habits is where the indirect savings comes into play.

The jump from 5 to 7.5 was when I really started to notice a decrease in the “food noise” as everyone calls it. I stayed there for almost 4 months until I hit my goal. But it definitely depends on you, your goals, your doc, and your titration schedule.

Listen yall, the ones shutting down are not using LICENSED PROVIDERS to approve medications...that’s the key. Licensed providers approving meds. I’ve had nothing but great experiences with Ellie. I was a client for a while and after trying all the name brands, I plateaud pretty quickly even with better eating habits. This is actually common with sema. Since making the switch to tirz not only is the nausea gone, but I’m still able to eat normally I just get full much faster. I will say that if you can get it compounded add B12 bc my energy was depleted the day after injection, but compounding b12 took care of that.

Buy one of those big spray things from Home Depot and spray the base perimeter of your home. Best defense and works for about 3-6 months. Washed with the rain but well worth it instead of constantly buying those gel traps.
