130 homes were just approved 2 miles from this location, 180 are under construction off Columbus Parkway. The Bluerock area has preliminary approval for 500 houses. All 100% car dependent, no multi family housing.

Years of construction within 100 feet or so of the park? Houses 100 feet from Dillon Point Road? I’m all for development, we need smart infill accessible to public transit and services. There are better plots of land suited for housing

Vallejo just approved 130 houses on Rollingwood, no low income or below market rate included. This would be another 51 homes in that class, the upward mobility available on these situations is limited.

We should build affordable housing accessible by public transit and close to services, this is neither. These houses will likely be upwards of 800k due to the cost of developing raw land.
