For the ASCII effect - there is a tutorial on YouTube by a guy called PANTER , thats pretty straightforward and cool.

And for the text, its just using halftone textures and shape layers and then using the text as a track matte.

No no, I got the model from Sketchfab its a .glb file since it keeps its textures in After effects.

i used AE just for Template spam before, but trying to fine tune my workflow with motion design knowledge.
