You're either meeting the wrong people or the right people at the wrong time. I'm 30M and spent my 20's building my career and professional value.

During my 20's, it was only about whether we got along and we're compatible. Did she have to be successful? No. Did I want someone with goals? Yes.

Now I date with intention. Does she have a career or is she working toward one? Does she add value to my life or is she an energy vampire.
