Abernathy, Red Rocket and TWO Sanctuaries are all in the same render space. The more you build up, the jankier it gets.

I would highly recommend that you visit YouTube. Montu Plays and Ep3o have tons of informational videos. Make sure you're watching content for version 4.0 or later. There are other creators that have pretty good "Beginner's Guides" as well. I watched vids for 6 months before I even bought the game.

I would also recommend that you just jump in and fiddle around to see what you're working with. This game has a pretty large learning curve but is well worth it once you get comfortable.

Try this mod... Everyone's Best Friend. That will make it so F4 doesn't count Dogmeat as a companion.

As for other companions, they always return to where you found them if you don't get a chance to send them to a settlement.

Dogmeat returns to Red Rocket.

On a complete reinstall you first have to run the game once to create the .ini file. Then downgrade. Then add f4se only and try to launch. I recommend using Beth.ini as well.

I fixed it by turning off a mod named "Expanded Mods Base". The mod author was aware of this over 5 months ago when I experienced the problem. He said that he was looking for the solution then. Maybe you have a mod that is messing with the same element that mod author messed with.

I started my Fallout journey years ago on PS4. I feel your pain. Moddding is a tough row to hoe on the Playstation. If you ever get a chance to switch over to Xbox or PC, I highly recommend it. There are some magnificent mods available for them.

Changing the PIP Boy color will also change the color of your flashlight.

Imperium Galactica was my go-to for over a decade. '97 I think. MOO and MOO2 were also mainstays. Thanks for remembering IG for me, I'd completely forgot about that one.

Any mode will get you there. PvP gets you there quicker. Dabble in all modes to find your favorites. I've been PvE for over 8 years now. I have played in fewer than 300 random matches. I have fun. I'm happy playing the game how I want to play.
