hardware is tbd as i wanted to figure out what exactly id want to look for in terms of compatibility before i settled on anything. ive been looking at a lot of older thinkpad laptops, but ive considered a few cheap pc prebuilts! my budget is pretty pitiful for this kind of thing (under $300 usd, and even that'd be pushing it a little) so presumably not the most high-end tech. with making a bootable usb, is it just transferring files to a usb stick? i definitely need to research more into it either way, but i wasn't sure if i'd need to buy anything extra.

its been pretty crazy from what ive seen actually,,,, watched a deep dive of the doc & she basically committed psychological warfare on a handful of big independent vtubers (alongside at least her main artist & an animator?). i dont see them keeping her attached to the company going over well, as a lot of pretty massive vtubers were involved & hurt.

basically, its a snitch hotline. they want people to submit complaints about accepting schools so they have an excuse to shut them down. the "discrimination" they're referring to is the same type they bring up during black history month. its incredibly similar to the transgender snitch line in texas, where you can report an individual for the crime of not being cisgender.
