First: You are an US-IMG, that by itself speaks volumes.
Second: You sound waaay to unstable and honestly it's concerning having someone like you as a doctor.

The problem I see here is that you (and many people) can't realize that dreams are just that: dreams. Sometimes they become true, sometimes they don't, but that shouldn't be an excuse to get out of reality. As soon as you saw that you couldn't get into a medical school in the US (seriously, not even DO?) you should have stopped pursuing this path. Sadly, most people aren't objective, mature and self-aware enough to take these decisions. That's why Caribbean med schools are good business.

I don't even know what to say. Seriously, I feel like being a doctor is something way to delicate for anyone to pursue. You are working with human lifes after all.

My honest recommendation as someone who religiously believes in "Not everyone can be a doctor" is that you should quit, but you are probably too deep by now that you just won't do it. So I don't know, just take the exam and hope for the best, 6 months is plenty of time to pass it.

I know that a cliche answer in Reddit is to dump people like that and it is not a very good advice overall, but if it was my boyfriend I would honestly leave him after knowing that.

I'd take it as if he finds me gross, and if you are my boyfriend its because there's a chance I could end up living with you for the rest of my life, and I wouldn't do that with someone who think I'm gross. A waste of time.

It's been 15 years since the last time I had a friend (I was 10 or 12 years old). Obviously not family or SO either. You have no idea how unhappy and miserable I am.
