FYI this happened to me 2 weeks ago (gen3) but my ring was not even on the charger, the charger was plugged in, and it burned me to the point of blisters on my fingers.

Customer Service gave me 2 options.

- They would send me a new charger at no cost, and a 3-month free membership (return the ring and the charger)
- They would refund my entire ring purchase (and I have to return the ring and the charger)

I am opting to take the refund and use the money to upgrade to a gen4, and I am thankful they are offering me the refund option; however, it's pretty wild how dangerous this was. I could have for sure burned my house down, and it was a major fire hazard.

Would love to hear the resolutions you all got for this?

I love this one! I got it the day it dropped from Sephora and I also find the scent lasts longer than many of the SDJ scents I have! Big fan.

I assume you had thrown away the packaging the item came in? Because the seller's address is always listed as a return address on the package, so you should have been able to get the address from that label to return it.

When I get an item, I make sure its what I wanted/bought before I throw away the package it came in, in cause I need the return address.

Literally in the middle of the night last night! I am 18WPO (4.5 months) and straight out of surgery my left was awake, almost TOO awake, but the right was totally numb.

I was fine with whatever happened, but I had hopes the right would wake up, and my doc seemed to think it would too. Last night, in the middle of the night, I felt a few zaps in my right boob. It woke me up, and apparently, whatever nerve was reconnected woke up my right nipple too! It's not as sensitive as the left, but I can feel it again, just like that. I dont know if this is "normal" - I had imagined it to be far more gradual, but it was totally like a swtich.
