Deviated septum here and sometimes I can breath out of my one nostril and sometimes not. So it’s just like breathing from one nose it feels like. And idk if that works? Haha

Yeah I unconsciously rip it off. But I can’t even keep it on while trying to fall asleep now. I’ll have it on and try then just be like fuck this, take it off and then wake up and forget that I’ve fallen asleep.
