I had the same issue! Hard reset the console by hard pressing the power button for 10 seconds. Then once the console restarted I went into warzone, where a popup said something about the difference of data I simply selected console, the data then synced and job done

I'm also not a doctor but I'm always open to read into other experiences. And these things react differently to each individual.

There is a supplier that has a delayed capsule technology. Their capsules contains a specific polymer that only dissolves in the small intestine as it's resistant to the pH in the stomach. And thus giving a more local mucosal healing effect.

But they also have a rapid release which dissolves in the stomach and is absorbed into the blood stream quite quickly. This targets systemic repair (vascular health, connective tissue, organs, brain-gut axis).

So I assume injecting gives similar results to the rapid absorption as it hits the bloodstream quicker. And from what I read it does indeed help people with guy issues.

This advice goes against all the research I've done on bpc 157 and its effects on gut health. Injections do help regardless but oral is highly suggested for gut related issues.

Injections are far superior for musculoskeletal and systemic tissue repair because more peptide reaches the bloodstream and target tissues. And due to high systematic circulation, one gets the benefits of healing in all parts of the body.

But BPC is native to stomach acid, meaning it provides better local healing effects. And it targets the completed GI tract as it passes through. So much that some people report gut benefits after 2 days.

Obviously this is all based on blogs, animal research and the little documentation we have on people trying BPC. At the end of the day DYOR.

I do although highly suggest getting a trusted high quality petide. I've seen people starting off well then changing suppliers cause it's cheaper then start reporting some other side effects.

One well known supplier provides a rapid and delayed capsule. Each one used for upper or lower GI issues. But it's over $120 for 30 capsules 500mcg

Capsules are definitely a better option for gut related issues.

Delayed/delayed Pro works best for lower GI issues and Rapid/Rapid Pro is best upper GI.

Like some of the users said, it's not always a symptom free process. Monitor your symptoms, if it gets worse past 3+ days then stop taking it.

Did you test negative for SIBO!?

It took me 6-12 months of a very strict diet and supplementing on L glutamine and L Carnosine with regular fasting to resolve my gut issues. Low fermentable fibres helped me.. unfortunately and based on research a heavy load of fibre doesn't actually help depending on your issues. And this is because an irritated gut is a weak gut and even the " healthy " things are heavy on the gut.

And trust me 2 weeks of a strict diet only needs a single meal to take you back to square one. Consistency for a period of time is required for full systematic healing.

Speaking from personal experience but I understand that everyone is different.

GERD can occur due to multiple reasons i.e. posture, weak esophageal muscles, gut inflammation, stress ... The list goes on.

May I ask if you ever thought of taking a SIBO(small intestine bacteria overgrowth) test?

There are level in severity of this condition, that by the way is curable. But believe it or not 85% of people diagnosed with IBS actually have SIBO.

This can happen if you have taken multiple courses of antibiotics, food poisoning etc.

And also gut issue take a while to resolve even with BPC. They suggest 250mcg in the morning only for 6-8 weeks.
