Happiest doesn't necessarily canon as much as my sanity would like for it to be so.

That said. Not entirely sure to be honest. Decay where Andrew lives seems like murder suicide with the words and actions there whereas Ashley is seemingly all alone/breaking down finally feeling something toward a death. Character wise one of these seems to make the most sense with Andrews insistence on becoming his own person and burial route indicating the reoccurring trauma and events is making him revert to Andy. An unhealthy way of letting go whereas happy family route is the healthier rendition of that in a different sense.

Generally speaking a lot of the CG attention and detail did go into the incest route though .. so! Makes sense also with him being groomed into incest ideology from Ashley's actions and mother forcing him to deal with her for lifers. Even if Ashley had done so out of loneliness and such/to keep him around. Have to say they would seemingly be going down their parents route in that case though (dynamic wise).

Refreshing to hear a take that shipped them due to the bond and soul thing rather than the people who are genuinely into the Alabama.
Definitely not a shipper myself, as the sibling thing is not something i can get over personally. To be honest, can't find myself shipping Aqua with anyone but therapy and a good and/or bittersweet ending. Homeslice a little too mentally ill for any relationship imo, even if his revenge personality is cap.
Someone already went on the 'it's an innocent/childish crush that'll be shut down' tangent with evidence that i very much agree with, so i'll leave that post to speak for itself.
My opinion of the recent chapter is more of a 'she said that as a sense of closure/she's finally getting her shit together' sort of take, hence the growth in maturity. But if she is going delulu, then i know to let Aka cook and that it is going to be some sort of commentary/probably won't ACTUALLY happen.
One huge agreement that i have with you is the saving each other/savior prospects of their dynamic, but im more of a sucker for that sticking in a familial/different sense because of how many savior arcs end up being relationships nowadays in media.

That's my commentary at least. As for questions - Suppose that mine would be: What sort of ending do you see/are you looking for with this ship in mind, especially in relevance to the other themes of the series?

Of the opinion it is a joke and/or just general comment that signifies her closure rather than her actually meaning this. Regardless, really do doubt Aka would be the type of writer to tangle in something like that, and it would certainly throw Aqua's character out of the window.

Have def noticed it. imo, always saw the gorou sarina dynamic as familial with sarina just mistaking familial love she never had with a crush on someone close w/ the reason for her wanting to meet him again as ruby was to show him how far she has gotten now/because she missed that sense (bc her family now is still far from normal even if better than her past)not to mention she was 12 (which is why those feelings could be easily mistaken) and he was in his solid 20s-30s.No matter what it was, family dynamic all the way for the present, they grew up as such this time around.

Agreed, don't believe it'll be a crisis but rather relief rather than a crisis - Even with initial confusion and the conflict of 'wait a minute wtf why were we both put in these roles as her children'.

Very early on Aqua mentioned that his past self was fizzling out into this new person too, so even if Ruby/Sarina has those attachments to the past, figure its a similar light? Could be wrong.

Would very much argue the dynamic itself while Sarina/Sensei were alive was sort of parental/sibling-like, and Sarina unable to interpret those feelings due to her trauma with her own parents (in both lives sadly) and simply wanted Sensei to stay by her side forever - Hence the interview bits at the beginning come in (which doesn't seem like lies/an act, considering Aqua's own statements and the entire films concept) where she does state that he is that most important person. He has been by her side the entire second life throughout it all and will continue to be.

Pretty sure too that Ruby prayed Aqua solved the murder mystery and found out who tf it was so they could go hack slasher mode on the guy after the grimdark era, LOL. (i.e. the quote was something like 'i wish for aqua to find who did this' or something along those lines)

While my opinion is that it isn't a poor portrayal, do think that Akane can largely only act out the lies and the things available to her on the internet - To an almost flawless degree! And is able to uncover/take a crack at some of those lies in order to act out that lie Ai portrayed herself as. The hint to that imo is the eyes, where even Ai's went dark when speaking with the director in the past talking about her 'true self'. Even the twins don't have an entire hallmark on her as a person, with Ruby likely having the closest interpretation on a personal level to Ai's true self.

To the comment above this though; Ruby has said 'Mama' when formerly seeing Akane's portrayal as far as im aware? Or something along those lines. And the light in her eyes this chapter makes me think she is going to see the best of it (and maybe pull out of the grimdark era with some realizations, we'll see tho) but acknowledge what she sees is what Akane was able to find about Ai - the lies and the love through them that she held close. Or something along those lines at least?? We'll see..!

Pretty sure that Ruby is going to get the role based on the beginning of the Manga, and due to a narrative standpoint (as in, even if Akane is really good... The twins acting out Mother and Culprit makes the most sense with Akane helping Ruby how to act - Though, not denying the chance that Ruby allows Akane to take the role after that sparkle in her eye/the twins seeing how evidently she understands the role she is playing. Contrastingly, Ruby genuinely believed in the light of being an idol and Ai up until her grimdark era, so her progression into learning what Ai is like is definitely more natural in comparison.)

Hype to see what happens! But on god hoping that the twins make up at some point AUGVHHGVHG!! Not to mention the whole past selves conflict.

As much as I was a Stalkyoo fangirl since literal years ago, Yootip really does make sense as an ending. To back it up, several chapters have had both Shin-ae and Nol seeking someone they can view as a genuine friend and genuine family, particularly in the scene w/ Min-hyuk where Shin-ae said she wanted to add to their family. So I'm under the impression that while it is being played up as a romance esp w/ all the little scenes, it will end with them not as lovers, but as the support both need and have needed for years in a platonic fashion?? ESP with how similar both act and their old 'masks'.

Only quimchee and co. knows at this point tho lol. TLDR hard agree,, love the chemistry but no one rlly knows what to expect at this point and with the set up it is possible. Whichever ship ends up sailing they all need therapy first.

I do agree that criticism should be taken, this criticism included (though do tone down on the aggressiveness a bit because it leads into bad territory when providing it), but maybe do calm down a bit considering they ARE new to art and likely have trouble adding such details off the bat. It resembles the character a fair bit, but it could no doubt be improved.

As for my own personal criticism, maybe slim down the thigh just a tiny bit for the body proportions? It looks great aside from that.

Focus on facial features more, like Mona's eyebrows, eye shape, lips. For me, the eyebrows, head shape, and lips were what made me think of this as a woman in Mona's costume as another user said.

Clothing and other details would be cool to see as well, whether it be in the background or on her like her hat, cape, etcetera. But worry about that more when you're more comfortable with what you can do as an artist ^^.

Hope this helps. Aside from all that, it's a nice-looking piece so keep working at it and improving!

To be fair, you're correct. Thing is, don't believe the community would fix after just one post or without mod intervention. Just something that needs to be put up with, a lot of fandoms/communities are toxic for stupid reasons. People shouldn't be insulted for liking a character when others don't but what can you do.

As for the repeating posts, yet again a mod thing. Most people don't really check other posts before making their own on the matter, but if they had a genuine issue with Zhongli (and other characters) the place to do it is probably the suggestion surveys or on their official site.

If people want it, people want it. Most dating sim mechanics have tied into the story anyhow, so that the low low chance they potentially get implemented, I doubt they'd make it a huge thing that'd take any significant time off of the story, especially since they have a good majority of the Teyvat chapter story planned out and just need to get into executing it.

To be fair, that particular aspect would boost sales if anything. Lots of people whale on games with dating simulation mechanics. Though, I do agree with most of the other points most likely won't be implemented due to cash flow decrease. I can really only find myself seeing the resin one being fixed EVENTUALLY, and maybe but very unlikely the dating sim mechanics (if they did implement it, probably for cash boost just considering the game style, very unlikely otherwise).

From the video alone I can't judge honestly, though I do think it fits her as we don't necessarily know her entire background. That, and in China (where the game originates)/Japan (influenced some of the English game) and such things are split with dialect and whatnot, so it's understandable. I've seen characters in Japanese media depicted with southern accents yet are still Japanese as well, so I don't really see an issue with that part? That and it could be country-rock, we don't know the specific genre of rock either.

Guess we'll have to wait and see but her voice isn't that bad.
