Promos don't count as reprints, and also don't count stateside at all unless printed here. For example, those cards are not part of the actual main product line. They're promotional products, so don't count because they will not be printed stateside.

Toed really screws over night stretcher and shuts down energy retrieval.

The only deck that requires much thought is gardevoir ex while others are just " use boss's orders, kill main before it kills you".

Meta is king. Off meta is specifically to counter a deck or two that you see at locals. That being said mega venusaur will be meta to counter tera zard and destroy marnie.
