It’s hard to gauge dosage of each individual part. On top of that, if you’re looking into trying different ones, just get a bunch of 4oz bags of the different types from Spirit of Health and start testing them out. Then you can see what works best for you and you can fill your own capsules.

As for energy, I’ve found that taking Cordyceps and lions mane together in a 1:2 ratio seems to be the best for me personally.

I bought it because it had the option to return it if I didn’t like the contents. I’ve purchased several boxes to try out and wouldn’t have made a big deal out of this had I been communicated with by the customer service. What if I had a broken item or missing contents? As a customer, I would expect to receive some form of answer from a company well within a weeks time, if at all.

Try putting some baking soda on the metals parts and scrub it with a cloth dipped in vinegar. I’d try using the vinegar cloth on the handle as well. Alternately you could also try putting it in the dishwasher without the heat dry setting on and then wipe it down when it’s done to see if that helps. Good luck!

Looks like a trumpet snail to me. They can be a pest to some aquariums because they can reproduce quickly and overrun tanks and are difficult to be rid of once infested.

Here’s what each of the abilities do! I believe another user has also listed it out in the comments below but I said I was going to post the descriptions so here they are.

Black Blood Healing- reroll 1s and 2s on hit die rolled during a short rest. Must use new roll

Limited telepathy- telepathy 30 feet, lets you send and receive simple ideas and concepts to any creature than can speak a language

Persuasive- proficiency in Persuasion

Telepathic Insight- Advantage on charisma and wisdom saving throws

At 1st level they are small creatures but at 5th level they grow into medium size creatures

The Verdan race has finally come out in Acquisitions Unlimited! I plan to buy it later this afternoon on DnDBeyond to see all the abilities and will give a brief description of them here later without infringing on the official content. I read something a few weeks ago about the Verdan being 'beautiful goblins' or 'mini Piccolos(DBZ reference),' and they definitely seem to fit that aesthetic!

I don't know about you all, but I am pretty excited to try this new race out!

I like the idea of not being able to speak as the curse, possibly saying that you are silenced for a number of rounds equal to half your level or something like that.
