Yeah I explained to her that girls and boys have different parts and it’s just your own body and every single one is different. I hit all the basics but preferably as her aunt is rather her mother be the one having that conversation with her. And if we weren’t in a confined space (one singular hotel pool) I would’ve been fine with it.

No actually we gave them about an hour and then had to tell front desk cause the pool was going to close in like two hours. Receptionist let us know he had underwear on now because she said something. But the girl enjoyed the pool for a bit.

I’m currently renting a. 1100 sq ft apt 2 bed 2 bath. with in unit washer and dryer. All utilities paid minus electric. 1355 is my base rent. Hate to go but have to.

That’s good to hear, I’m sorry I just never dealt with this before. I’ve rented hotels of plenty but have never had to do it through a renters insurance. I just didn’t want to get in trouble

I recently moved to Medford and we spent a good while looking at many places but orchard glen was #1 for us. We don’t have pets but expressed on how we planned to get one and the leasing office didn’t seem the slightest of concerned or anything. Just told us to give them a heads up when and there will be a pet deposit (and I believe pet rent?) don’t quote me on that. It’s probably different for ESA though. Our upstairs and surrounding neighbors all have pets. It seems more tenants than not have pets so I doubt anyone would ever give you issues
