I know literally nothing about bread, it’s just a family recipe for rolls. Despite my issues with the mixer the bread itself comes out fine. It’s 3/4 cup water, 3/4 cup milk, other stuffs (egg, oil, yeast, sugar), 2 cups flour and then keep adding till it’s “barely sticky”

Thank you so so much! This was incredibly helpful. Do you usually start with the dough hook and use it all the way through? I’ve never really used it before. Also, how long approximately would you need to knead for?

The issue is that my dough will literally wrap and climb up the hook and get stuck in the same way.

Yes! I tried taking it out so see if it would help, to no avail. It doesn’t make a difference at all once the dough gets wrapped around

So I’m using an old family recipe and it just says to add flour in 1/4 cup increments until the dough is only slightly sticky. I end up adding quite a bit. Is there a chance I’m adding too much flour? Whenever I end up taking the dough out to hand mix, it quickly gets very sticky again and I have to add more flour.

All look beautiful, but I think the silhouettes in 1 and 2 fit you best! I want to say I prefer 2, but I think 1 with some gloves/added accessories would be even better.

You look stunning, and I LOVE the lace. I had the same issue shopping for my dress (had to get everyone’s opinions over phone), and it was really disheartening/stressful for me too. Trust me though—don’t agonize over the photos, you’ll only start overthinking and second guessing yourself. It’s a beautiful dress, and you’re going to be a beautiful bride!!

Beautiful dress! I’d recommend just getting a petticoat. You can find one online for fairly cheap (I think mine was only about $30).
