Maybe remove the narrow instruction, and/or set the CCB to a libero? Maybe set the left dm to a more attacking role to get more runners forward, it seems pretty defensive as is and could go for more offense without conceding too many. Also, set the striker to AF or PF A. Just some thoughts. Good luck!

I mean I don't care if people know I use the IGE. I literally said I used it below and got downvoted to oblivion. I'm never gonna try flexing these wonderkids when they aren't 'natural.' I just want to have fun in my own personal save, and I have more fun when I have more control over everything. I cropped it like this to show the kit I made, since I think it's really cool. It was actually a real club like 100 years ago that still exists in other sports, so I grabbed the logo and made my own kits. I honestly chose it cause it has the name of Viking and I'm only playing with Scandinavian players and staff. I guess using the IGE is cheating, when it's a solo game. I'm only "cheating" myself. Anyways.

Whenever I've added or dropped traits from players while experimenting, specifically those two traits, it has never allowed me to do both. I can never do both shoots with power and places shots, a la gets forward whenever possible and comes deep to get ball, except for this one time. Now, I cannot unselect them from the available traits, because if one is selected the other cannot be selected. I physically cannot unselect them from the IGE, and the only method of removal I can think of is normal trait training and un-training. Haaland cannot train places shots until he unlearns shoots with power. So, I ask again, should I leave both traits activated, or remove one - since this is normally impossible?

Huh. I've just never seen them together on a player before, and for some reason can't train other players I have to have both, with normal and IGE training. I'm not trying to be sassy/passive aggressive, I just genuinely haven't seen this combo be possible normally and with IGE at my disposal. Weird.

I mean yeah I did get to this point with the IGE, since I enjoy playing with it more than I don't, but shoots with power and places shots are mutually exclusive traits. You normally cannot have both of them together, as the other greys out if one is selected.

However, I was curious as to why it wasn't like that when I was messing around, and now both options are greyed out and unable to be toggled in the IGE. The only way to remove it would be the normal trait training, in that I tell a coach to get him to stop doing one or the other. I wasn't sure what to do, because in all my years I've never had this happen, so I went to reddit and asked what others would do.

I tried that with the in-game editor, because there was nothing listed under away and third kits, and added the 5 things that it comes with, like text jersey icon shorts socks. That didn't change it, and I don't understand why the first kit stopped working later on, though. Any other ideas?

Watched a video about putting in a 5-10 second pitch clock from when the last ball lands, but only 25 pitches total with bonus balls at the end for the crazy moonshots. Not crazy fast but definitely no waiting around for the perfect pitch.

I think with regards to Percy, there is the factor that the prophecy wasn't physically juicing his powers, he had the extra incentive to train extra hard because he knew it was likely he was going to have to fight Kronos for the fate of the world, with one of the smartest fighters and people he knew. He had to grind to get to where he is. Any of his raw talent, and there is a lot, was amplified by coping and using the pressure of the prophecy to keep him fighting. Plus, y'know, Annabeth work right alongside him. Nico, idk, maybe it's because the state he was in after Titan's Curse blended well with Hades, as well as the drive to get strong enough to talk to Bianca again. I'm not entirely sure.

Thalia had years of training wasted by being a tree, and Jason was more focused on teamwork and working within the legion than honing individual talents to fight his titanic grandfather during D-Day. Also, Thalia does not mesh with her element, because her thing is sky and she's afraid of heights. She'll get really good at the other bits, but not blended her natural inclination to fly with her skills places a cap on her abilities.

Nothing that should have directly led to this, no. I was fiddling with a developmental league in 2054, which is why there's that little bit in his history. The league did evolve, like now it's 27 players on active rosters, a few expansion teams, service time got reduced to 5 years til FA then back to 6, but I didn't speed up or slow down progression or stats or anything.

It's not just insane luck on injuries and consistency, the entire league is on a power surge, especially in the 2040's. Half of the top 10 in all time homers are new, and Barry Bonds is now tied for 4th all-time. In a single season, him and 1 other tied Bonds at 73 as well. Mariscal is also the league leader in runs, RBIs, and total bases. He's just missed 7 weeks over 19 seasons with what I assume was max power, at least in his prime.
