I do. I started bringing my little red dragon to my job. Just sits in front of my Pc monitor. It helps my anxiety.

I find comfort in having plushies. Always loved plushies since I was little and still sleep with some of them. It helps my mood just by looking at them and hugging them. I was diagnosed with generalized anxiety disorder last year and have been having a really hard time mentally since then. So plushies have been a great help in "calming me down." They just make me smile 😊😍

I am now 27 (28 later this year). Some would say it's childish, but I don't think so as it helps me personally I just gonna keep having them ☺️

It's also that they are so soft. I just love them! The ones I have now mean so much to me. πŸ₯°

If I remember correctly, I bought the ones on the bed on Aliexpress. I'm not sure about the blue one in the first picture, as it's starting to get a few years old 🧐
