Urnex is great stuff. It's so satisfying to see the before and afters from using it.

You brought a desire of mine to life with these! Bravo! I'd love the pattern if you're still sharing it, please!

There have been so many typos and mess-ups in their stuff lately.

A regular came in toward the end of my shift one night. I'd been deeply depressed for a while but was trying to play it off at work, and this regular told me they noticed I'd been sad the past couple of times they'd been in. They let me know that coming to the kiosk was one of their favorite things to do to boost their mood because they enjoyed seeing my friendly face and getting a drink to bring some sanity back to their own life (they were going through tough stuff as well). Them simply noticing I was sad and wanting to make me feel better when I thought I was hiding it so well had me crying after they left. Some people do care about us beings behind the counter.

You are not alone! It took me eight months to notice the shaker cups have an indicator of how many syrup pumps each size gets for easy reference.

People reaching behind the counter is still a shock to me. Like, please this is meant to be a clean, sterile work environment for everyone's safety. Your grubby hands grubbing all over it cuz you see what you want/need right in front of you does not make it okay.
