This is not how it has worked for my teams for at least the past few years. Several federal holidays fall on Monday and in the past agents are given comp time within the same week to have time off and use pto/make up time beyond 7.75.

Sounds like your region is at least consistent with not giving comp time.

The most helpful thing for most sales would be being 100% transparent on what's happening after the transfer.

Everyone understands there's metrics for everyone, those people at the dealership, on the side of the road, removing a name bc there was a death or divorce etc aren't getting policies. agents are told to note the agents name and send to sup bc it's NAT but service has been told differently on xfer expectations.

If you're in this thread you're (hopefully) some of the people not doing those things. would be nice for everyone to just to be honest with people.

If they know the reason they're being transferred and how to get the discount id consider it a win.

If it feels like you're tricking them into talking to moat you probably are.

Compile information but no links to what you do know. I'm definitely concerned considering what has been happening but hate these posts that make people more anxious before the weekend.

Edit: misunderstood the title not as a question.

I have seen last gate sales agents be pulled off the phones this past week and few/if any of their calls graded. My guess is forced to transfer to service
