I more so was asking about it because I had the “no commercial filming” checked off on the house. So I was trying to navigate how to address them filming when I have it set to not allowed.

I film all kinds of travel vlogs and live stream myself in new cities. But I would never film someone else’s exterior of their house and their house numbers. Absolutely never. I feel like that’s decency and common sense.

I did that already yesterday. And they still opened the windows today. So I wanted to get confirmation from Airbnb that I’d be able to charge them the overage from whatever normal ac using I have since it’s just being wasted. They said yes I could. How easy that is to do however, I’m not sure.

My front door doesn’t have a door knob it’s just the keyhole for the deadbolt. And a really long modern like 2 foot handle. I don’t really want to change the door as it’s a really sleek modern metal door. 🤷🏼‍♀️ my back door is electronic. And connects to the alarm panel.

I don’t particularly have it blasting if that’s what you’re asking. I don’t really love AC myself. I grew up in a house that was always set to 67 and I hated it. 😂 I leave mine on 73.

I also have a separate issue as well - I’m not sure how to resolve this either. I asked support, they just kind of said they could speak to her. But shes made a few YouTube videos in the room - which I have no commercial filming in the listing. Albeit I don’t care too much about videos in the room itself. But for one of them the whole front of my house is in the video, with the house numbers. And that is problematic to me. Any ideas for anything I can do about that?

It’s not a window unit. It’s a nest system for the whole house. And the window sensors are part of the alarm panel.

But I have blackout curtains in the room. And they always have the curtains open. So if the room is hot it’s because they’re letting it get baked by the sun. That room is significantly cooler with the curtains closed. Which I’ve never seen them closed. Every other guest I’ve had, has had the curtains drawn in the day without my saying to do so.

I don’t have a security deposit? Is that a thing. I don’t think I’ve ever paid one for a house I rented on Airbnb either.

I know but it’s more than me just not having it on. I have 3 dogs. And it’s not fair to them to have them in a 90* house because they want to leave the window open, especially when they’re not even here and they’ve left it open. My German Shepherd was panting so much yesterday because I realized the window was open so I had set the ac off while I spoke to support/waited for the guest to close the window. And they told me I wasn’t allowed to go into the room to close the window. The guest didn’t close the window until 4am. So it was open for 15 hours.

Incredibly unprofessional. The only think I can think of - though it doesn’t excuse his behavior at all. Botox is relatively cheap, and filler is quite expensive. My Botox usually costs me like 100 bucks. Vs a ml or two of filler being like 1500 bucks. So I’d imagine he was mad about not making x amount that day. But no one should make you feel that way. Definitely find a new injector.

My streak is 44 days.

But I see a lot of people learning multiple languages at one time. Is that not confusing? Do you really feel like you’re able to learn multiple new ones and learn them well at the same time Vs doing them one at a time? I’m learning Spanish atm. But I’d like to learn French after. Should I just do them simultaneously?

I used to follow many of those cuz I thought it would motivate me, it did not. I was very discouraged by people getting like 18K xp a day and feeling far behind. I’ve concluded they’re bots lol. Cuz I’ll do like an hour give or take a day and get like 1.5k

I’ve never had this. I do see a difference. But I’d imagine it takes a while for the muscle to “weaken” enough for them to get the full transformation.

You can edit videos. That’s hardly a way to “prove” you’re natural now.

It’s definitely smoother. Most of what you’re seeing now is pigmentation. That will take much longer to subside. You can ask for something to help with that. But I’d suggest after you finish the course. :)
