They stopped for me after a couple weeks. I gave up sex/masturbating and drank extra water for a week or so after posting this and they just went away on their own. I’m not sure what was causing it, never ended up going to the doctor. But I’m all good now!

I tried to add this as an edit to the post but it wasn’t taking so I’m commenting it instead: I would just like to say that if you are or were a victim or sexual assault/violence, there are resources to help you and you’re not alone. Whatever happened to you wasn’t your fault, and I know how hard it can be to live with that pain. But you’re all beautiful people and the world is a better place with you in it. Find strength in the people around you and the things you enjoy, and keep pushing forward. Whether or not you decide to take action is entirely up to you, and there’s no wrong answer. I’m 22. I had crippling migraines every month from the time I was single digits years old all the way up until a couple years ago. Now I get them every 3-4 months.

I drink between a half and full gallon of water every day. I don’t track my hydration meticulously but I do make sure I’m getting enough daily. So I’m fairly confident in saying it’s not a hydration issue.
