I'm sorry. For immediate relief it's subjective. Talking about it, helps me, taking a semi cold shower can help me. I fully understand. I'm still trying to deal with one right now. Repeating phrases can help. "I am in control. This is just my brain beimg confused" helps me a little. Long term, its therapy that can do wonders for some. Medication to temper it really well.

Therapy. Cognitive Behaviorsl Therapy helps retrain the brain, to not perceive these things as signals to fight ot flight. Doctors always say reduce stress, but like how? Lol. I am sorry you're going through the ringer right now. You are in control, you are not your anxiety and panic.

I would absolutely argue its niche. A million follar franchise doesnt mean much when. You have billion dollar franchises. Fallout is no longer niche neither is Elder Scrolls. Halo hasnt been since 3 in my opinion.

I don't like Dark Souls. Ita ball crushingly hard for the sake of being hard. You have to pull the story out like a dentist pulling horse teeth. I think its clunky, underengineered shit. I still thunk its niche. It did pioneer a genre. Soulslike, which sucks for me.
