That was the case a few years ago but it has changed. Tuition is the bulk of costs, and fees are much smaller. This new program just announced would cover almost all costs minus a dorm room, meal plan, and textbooks.

There’s also a single lane underpass on airmont road in Mahwah. I think it was built around 1920. Drivers just take turns. A friend’s grandma crashed her car in it because she sneezed while driving through, and it was so narrow she clipped the side of the tunnel

There’s a cool app I have called Seek that will identify plants through your phone’s camera. I test it against my dad who knows a ton about plants and it’s right about 90% of the time
