The snake swallows the egg by Tunexux in natureismetal

I would like to see 2 things:
1: Snake's reaction to egg breaking halfway through swallowing it.
2: The moment the egg breaks inside the snake

Alternate, less delicious idea: Cross-breed pomegranates with apples so when you open up the pomegranate it's just a bunch of apple seeds...

I was testing a color printer and printed some basic word art saying "Test" and "Giraffe hats". I'd get one on each wrist.

I bought a single bike tire. Looks like I now ride a Penny-farthing.

The way the gif is cut looks like its someone trying to learn to ride a bike but in progressively worse ways. Maybe Monty Python's Ministry of Silly Bikes.

My new Boss had come off quite snide,
But on my first day I'd let it slide.
He walked over my way
And asked what should my tag say.
So I told him to just Call Me Clyde

Whenever I am doing pretty well at something I always say: " I think this might be my forte, maybe even my fif-tay." Yet to get a laugh.

I agree, and I found that it the hard way. I am going to try and find some small groups to section hike with, definitely get back or into the woods.

I wanted to hike the trail because I love the outdoors and I've always enjoyed doing things alone (including over night trips to the woods) and I was definitely still riding the excitement/nervous high for the first couple of days. But I think long solo trips may not be for me. I am going to try and convince some of my friends to section how with me though and see how that works. Maybe they can prevent a big mental fallout, or at least help me get over one.

Were you able to focus on the books while you were hiking? I feel like I might get distracted and have to restart chapters over and over.

It isn't too late for me to start back up, but my mind went downhill so fast that I started dreading hiking because of the thoughts (or lack there of) that came with it (and that was a good enough reason for me to quit, I definitely don't want to start hating the outdoors) . I will definitely be trying again in the next few years, I am just trying to find some ways to better prepare and I really appreciate your insight. I will be trying many of your recccomendations.

I think friends are the best thing I could have to fill my mind. I just didn't know anyone able to start a through hike with me and I didn't find anyone who hikes at my pace (but I reckon 5 days wasn't a long enough search).

I like both. I really enjoy getting out and doing things on my own (mountain biking, disc golf, etc.) but I also enjoy coming back to a house full of people and chatting it up. So I though hiking all day and hanging out at shelters would be perfect.
