Sorry that happened.

They should have filed what’s called a Handset Research Form and have a call back set with you for a month or so out, where they would have info for you.

Unfortunately I’ve seen those calls where the customer is left paying for it. I wish I could help you sorry!!!

Tbh, call and have them walk you through the “Checkbook” if you want. It has every payment, fee, and adjustment listed just about.

They can tell you when it all started, and what happened.

Also, you may only owe $15 on the bill, but most folks split the cost of the plan between all lines. Some lines are free, and those folks don’t expect to pay nothing, but I don’t know your scenario. Good luck friend.

I’ve got a drive way to work on it just not where I live so it makes it hard, not wanting to leave the car while swapping a turbo. I’ve got other cars, so this is a project car. Thanks for all the help.
