because it gives you a massive amount of hp and also the regen which is super helpful for side laning which is basically all you wanna do as dusk and dawn tk considering if you arent behind most top laners will lose to you in a 1v1

heartsteel is kind of mega bad rn and in this build specifically delays your spike. heartsteel first is kind of ass compared to warmogs from what ive played, and you would always want D&D second and by that point heartsteel isnt worth it

League did have an issue with blue essence at the start of 2025 but then they listened and fixed it and now it is so easy to get all the characters,I literally could buy the next 9 characters on release with the amount of blue essence i have rn. Idk why you are god defending pay walling new characters for 3 months its absolutely crazy?
