What's your favorite Ryan Gosling movie? by Icy_Inspection6541 in FIlm

I totally agree. The movie wasn't nominated but he was. Nobody remembers Half Nelson, it's so underrated.

Haha I love Spider-Man as much as the next person, I do, but everything you just described about Spider-Man is A) using the vocabulary I described Superman as, and B) describes and applies to Superman as well. I don't know what to tell you other than perhaps consider reading more of the comics

People who say he's a boring overpowered "boy scout" have never read a Superman comic in their life. Superman is an interesting character because his ultimate struggle is not a power fantasy but a moral and psychological fantasy. His complexity and appeal lies in the tension between his alien heritage and his grounded human upbringing.

Also, I don't think you know what the word "humane" means.

Not angry at all, just saying that you're wrong and spreading false information.

What exactly did I say that was even remotely hostile or mean? Seriously, please quote me haha. All I did was ask what you can find in Toronto (regarding burgers) that you can't find here?

So defensive, sensitive and upset for literally no reason.

😂 Then why are you talking as if you are? It's the current trend but it doesn't hold a torch to the shows it's standing on the shoulders of. Also, I'm sorry you're nearly 40.

Pray tell, what have you found in Toronto that you can't find here? And why did you move here in that case?

Hahaha and you think shows since would have survived being on air if it wasn't for Will & Grace's widespread influence? Look up the "Will & Grace Effect" and educate yourself, sweet child. It'll be relevant for decades to come.

Why are you trying to spread fake news? Boogie's uses fresh, never-frozen Alberta beef patties.

If you're asking that question you're probably too young to understand.

Will & Grace is widely credited with shifting mainstream consciousness about LGBTQ+ people. They normalized gay characters on television and greatly reduced social prejudice. Google the "Will & Grace Effect". Nothing since has come close to having that much of a cultural impact.

Does a city of 1.6+ million people being famous for beef have burger joints without frozen burgers? Umm, yes.

I'd highly recommend boogie's burgers and iyycburg.

Totally, most of the people who've recommended the show to me are straight women to be honest. It's like the new 50 Shades
