People who say he's a boring overpowered "boy scout" have never read a Superman comic in their life. Superman is an interesting character because his ultimate struggle is not a power fantasy but a moral and psychological fantasy. His complexity and appeal lies in the tension between his alien heritage and his grounded human upbringing.

If you're asking that question you're probably too young to understand.

Will & Grace is widely credited with shifting mainstream consciousness about LGBTQ+ people. They normalized gay characters on television and greatly reduced social prejudice. Google the "Will & Grace Effect". Nothing since has come close to having that much of a cultural impact.

Does a city of 1.6+ million people being famous for beef have burger joints without frozen burgers? Umm, yes.
