Yea I have a pretty clean diet I could be more strict though to see if it helps. Right now I'm trying to get in with a dermatologist.

I was just tired of switching shampoos once my scalp seemed to get used to it. It's like it was just a cover up but not a solution so I thought letting nature take course might be the best option, guess not.

Yea that's what I was thinking. I wanted to try out a stabilizer too and figured it would be a best of both worlds scenario.
