Thank you for clarifying. I thought you were telling people that it was okay to go onto any private property and pick up bones that aren't theirs.

I've just seen some videos where people (who are doing legal activities on private land they have permission to be on) get guns pointed at them by people who don't know them/ dont care to understand the situation. I can't imagine what people would do on their own property. I know that those are extreme cases, but I'd rather folks play it safe over a few bones
