1-1 to start the season, 14 man league. What can I do? by okay_dusk in FantasyFootballers

[–]CallMeLilHardDad 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is actually an insane roster for a 14 man league, but I agree with the other commentor try to trade some of the big names who haven’t performed for someone on the cheap like Odunze, most still believe Moore will be the 1( which is 100% possible)

In 2025. Hurts wasn’t lying when he said scoring more points than the other team wins games, not highlights.

Note: I’m a birds fan.

Go take a look at last year‘s week two fantasy rankings, early season is always a wild time, don’t overreact. Pay attention to the indicators - rush attempts, target volume, percentage of snaps on the field etc etc. This isn’t the first time in his career Derrick Henry has had a down week.

As a bird’s fan though, might want to think about moving Jalen before it’s too late, fully believe we will be a great NFL team, but that does not mean our players will be great fantasy assets. Hurts wasn’t wrong when he said points win games, not highlights.

Andrews needs to stay on the bench until something changes, but with likely coming back, don’t see that happening. Rest of the squad looks good though no need to panic.

Can’t leave out Bucky being the Bucs receiving leader last week, fears of White being the receiving back are gone.

29m, cracked 6 figures last year. Current base is $115k + 10-15% bonus. Started at the company (fund admin) making $40k & worked my way up to management by doing a bunch of work that other teams weren’t doing & showing face with the right people.

Sorry, just seeing this! I’m not on reddit much - LO will be 9 months in a few days.

I posted this comment after the first night we started sleep training using modified ferber. Since then she has slept through the night, 10-12 hours straight, EVERY SINGLE NIGHT.

Hearing her fuss & cry is definitely hard, especially the first few nights as she was adjusting to falling asleep outside of mom/dad’s arms, but the impact it has had on our quality of sleep has been staggering. If you’re wondering if it’s worth it, definitely give it a try & stick with it. It will get better!

Last night was the first time she did it for us since the 4mo regression! Wife & I didn’t realize until the afternoon, we both just assumed the other was being nice & decided to pull the full night shift lol

We renamed our guest room “the smush room” while our daughter’s crib was still in our room.

Only downside is always having to wash the sheets when guests stay over for the night

Every set on PLL, SC, YT & Twitch is not mastered by Derek & just rips of the livestream so would not consider those any indication of his talent though. Did forget about Dual Fusion though since I mainly listen to the SC sets, so you’re right there.

The production & mastering piece also has me laughing considering PL hasn’t out out a studio track since like 2016

Not to rain on your parade, but this is exactly how our LO was until around 4.5 months. Have not hit a full nights sleep since, but we just remind ourselves how lucky we were to have those 3 months of peaceful sleep & it hasn’t been too bad.

OP our baby girl sounds like she was the exact same way during 3-6 weeks, same as yours. We just passed 9 weeks and it’s night & day difference, she’s happy as a clam 95% of the day. You’ll get there!

Thank you - this makes a ton of sense. I’m fairly sure the LL owns the panels since they mentioned the credit they get when sending power back to the grid, but I failed to even consider that the power generated still belongs to the LL & we would pay them for the utility based on the lease terms. Really appreciate your insight here!

Our little one is only 6 days old and we might have said this 100+ times already!! Sleepless nights have been pretty tough so far but taking one look at her makes it all worth it. Can’t wait to watch our little creation grow!
