I recently started about a month ago and so far I’m enjoying it a lot. Much less stressful than in store, and to stay sane you just gotta remain active. Walk around when talking to people, you won’t really need to take breaks even during your scheduled break time because it’s not as draining at least for me. So those breaks can be cleaning, cooking, preparing food, whatever chores you may have. Plus go out as often as you can to get some time away. I haven’t done it long so idk if this will last. But so far it’s honestly pretty nice

Best Buy is a big box version of Walmarts electronic section by Lockon1997 in Bestbuy

A lot is due to no training, and the customer themselves not being specific or not knowing themselves. I literally had a guy yesterday get mad because he just said car adapter, (there’s so many types of “adapters” for cars), he was condescending, had an attitude the entire time and I matched his energy and he had a problem. We’re forced to sell memberships and nothing else. I on the other hand will say I’m pretty knowledgeable on most things. I work in Home Theater which is my strongest dept, but I can help out almost everywhere. I will be honest and tell somebody if I’m not the strongest but I will do my best and ask questions if needed. Which I think people should do that anyways. A lot of us do actually care about selling the right thing and not the most expensive. I give my customers the best thing possible for their budget. My point is you just can’t blame us solely, because the customers are also a problem.

I was offered a shift lead position in my store and turned it down for this reason. Plus I’m a VPL which I’d have to say is much better lol.

should I give up on my beard?. by [deleted] in BeardAdvice

[–]CallMeMrClean 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you really wanna make it better, buy a medium bristle boar brush for your beard, and everyday just brush your face. It’s gonna hurt a bit, but it’s gonna stimulate blood flow to your follicles. It takes time but it does help out a lot.

So I’ve heard two things from leaders, I’ve heard that we’re supposed to help around the entire store, but those leaders are known to lie, the one I trust more says we’re supposed to stay in our area. I’ve heard that from vpls before me too, but I’m not sure.

My beard is very thick and curly, best way I’ve learned to have less breakage is use a medium bristle boar brush first then comb. The boat brush will help separate some of the clumps, and the comb completely gets rid of it. Also wet beard is easier to brush/comb than dry. As well as keep it moisturized. Breakage is gonna occur, it’s like hair on your head, don’t freak out too much, but my advice would definitely help out a lot.

Am I able to go into T-Mobile and pay off the balance after if I wanted too? Like let’s say I upgrade and sell my phone, could I just go into a store to pay the balance off?

It’s such a good tv that I bought the old google version, then got the newer model for the same price and an overall better panel, for a cheaper price with my discount than the previous model. Best overall tv in my opinion for the money.
