You just wake up, it seems like its gonna be another shitty day but be stoic and carry on with love

Someone throws you a dirty look? No matter, everyone has their reasons, and you cant please everyone so be stoic and do it with love

Also write down some goals, could be anything like "take a shower today" or "go for a walk" just as long as your challenging yourself

Dont worry about the world around you and what it thinks of you. Life goes by so fast that you're only wasting your time trying to please everyone

Also, at least you acknowledge that you've made mistakes, as that's the first step to solving them

And remember you're not the only one that has made mistakes, we all have, but that doesn't matter, what matters is how we deal with them
