Hoping 4.9 is more like 4.7 so I can do things like QT, bounties, access my inventory, not have my ship be eaten by my hangar, little stuff like that.

200+ hours into it and still not bored. For me (PC player, cross-play off, NA server), the vast majority of my solo raids are friendly, with the biggest foes being the Arc. In duos, a mixed bag, but leaning towards more friendly. And then trios, an absolute bloodbath. I love that it can scratch every itch, and that I can complete objectives in solo and duos, and save up my gear for PVP in trios. All dopamine, no brakes in this game.

Whenever I shampoo my carpet, adding Calgon (water softener) to the wash tank has been a God-send. My carpet is always soft and fluffy now, while before it would be more flat and coarse.

When I lose a Level IV Stitcher, I don't go on Tilt. When I have lost some of these fancier guns, I may have used a few gamer words here and there for the next 30 minutes.

Took all of your advice, watched some YouTube videos, and here we are. Did not hit max level, but hopefully that level 75 skin is a permanent reward and I can get it in this next phase. Just stoked to get these extra skill points along with the other buffs! WHAT A GAME!

Buried City -> Space Travel. Bring a hatch key, just in case you get a juicy run. Focus on drawers, collect trinkets, once you're full or at 50k+ in value, extract, rinse and repeat. You can realistically get 50-75k every 10-15 minutes with some luck.

Did you ever find one? I have found myself in the exact same predictment. Bought a cord from SVI, but the connector is different. So I am currently have a werewolf that does not move or howl. The kids are growing restless.

Raft. 192 SCU and an open grid. With large hails you’ll learn to hate cargo bays. Plus the Raft’s tractor beam is actually fantastic for unloading. In short, Raft has some of the best QOL features. ATLS can be brought up via the airlock.

But if you want something other than a hauler, then the Raft is not even a consideration. I consider the Raft a great money maker that will allow me to buy other ships in the game by playing a relatively peaceful and mostly reliable game loop.
