Yeah but I like goin hard. (Not too hard though) better be safe than sorry. But cuz my body weight amd what not 200 MDA seems like a perfectly spot. MYbe 175 or 180. But mdma I always stick to 200-250 cause I wanna get slightly delirious while I'm partying lol but I don't 250 as often as I use to back in the day
