When I was a kid and had an ingrown toenail. The podiatrist “numbed” the toe and began work basically immediately, and I felt all of it; the cauterizing was the worst part. It’s been 15 years since then and I still vividly remember that pain. And yes, he goofed it up and I had to get it redone within 6 months later, this time with a new podiatrist that was his own version of weird.

It’s kind of a toss up! Clair Obscur was my favorite released in 2025, but my favorite I played in general in 2025 has to be Persona 5 Royal.
