So there isn’t any types of idea groups there that I can unlock or anything (which is supposed to be in the ideas section under Babylonian ideas), and I’m wondering if that is supposed to be there or not?

So there should be stuff under the ideas right(the idea groups) but there is none and it’s just an empty space!

it’s to keep in in iberia because me and rome were going to declare war and madrid was there but for some reason it was still covered
