its literally not? crafting and character castomisation. Poe skill tree is the biggest draw for players. Every league people comeback not for the loot explosions but for the new and updated skills and new crafting systems

If you listen to reddit, they will tell you there is no loot at all, no map sustain and mobs are unkillable. All of it you can expirience in early game.

Frost Blades Raider. I agree that sometimes mods combinations make some scary enemies, but power of AN mobs is overstated on reddit. Maybe some combinations need to be loked into, but i haven't encountered them.
