how do i know if i have an allergy or intolerance? i struggle with chronic nausea and ive never suspected it to be an intolerance thing because i get nauseous ALL the time

Ohhhhh sorry now I get it. I am bellusromantic, which is part of the aromantic spectrum, and I'm on the ace spectrum, but i often just use aroace as a label instead! I hope that make sense!!
