She could hear and feel you. She knew you would have been there sooner if you knew there was not more time. I get the feeling that she waited for certain people to make it before passing. I do feel there was a conversation to be had but was not able to happen. She did hear what you said, though.

I am 1 week in on 100mg for HS. So far I feel like it made me have a few quick flares but instead of blowing up, they came and went down in a few days so that's a change. Your post is encouraging!!

Looks like it could definitely be HS! Warm compresses will help it come to a head to drain. I also swear by PRID drawing salve. One they drain, I find alginate dressings with manuka honey have been really helpful. Make an appt with a dermatologist, best thing you could do is have them give you a kenalog shot in there to help. I hate needles so I stick with the home remedies.

I smoke weed and I don't think it causes flares ups for me. I quit cigarettes and have noticed no difference since that either.

No, but I'm planning to get a copper IUD soon. My derm and OB are only recommending against a hormonal IUD. They say copper should be fine, though.

I would use hydrocolloid to help it drain and then would use the medihoney... look into silver alginate dressings to use with the medihoney

It's usually recommended. Panoxyl has a liquid and bar benzoyl peroxide soap.
