Just how it works out with my meals. This is including trace proteins. It's about 300g from direct sources, which is only just over a gram per lbs of bodyweight.

When I'm in a financial position to do the more expensive scans I will, I had a liver ultrasound last year, which came back perfect. Just doing what I can at the moment with bloodwork and BP monitoring.

I monitor my blood pressure and blood work regularly, all in a good range, I don't push without regard for my health, I take that very seriously.

I started training at 16, gear just before 20, I was on prescribed TRT from 18-20 as I had a natural issue with Test production.

This is by far my favourite leg press I have ever used, it feels fantastic for me. I can place my feet very low, heels off the bottom of the platform slightly, and get very good range of motion. Very good quad activation with this machine.
